Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, sales engineering, or business process consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of integration technologies including file transfer protocols, SOA, and Web Services APIs.
- Solid knowledge of business operations (quote to cash, supply chain, procure to pay, accounting).
- Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, or eCommerce systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Acumatica, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Shopify, Amazon).
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and external customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to translate abstract ideas and business use cases into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and assignments simultaneously.
- Experience using AI tools to prototype solutions or draft requirements.
- MBA or MSIS preferred.
- Experience leading integration teams and designing enterprise-scale solutions preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize industry experience and creativity to craft cloud-based solutions around SaaS and legacy application integrations.
- Conduct customer and partner scoping sessions to define business needs and technical solutions.
- Write requirements and design documents defining solutions, methods of integration, and use cases.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to help shape product design.
- Provide design documents, business process assessments, and change orders for customer projects.
- Architect repeatable solutions that can be productized or reused by service teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on consulting projects for high-level architecture designs and roadmaps.
