Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, training or account support
- Confident running video calls and explaining things simply
- Experience with a CRM or customer platform
- Strong written and spoken English
- Well-organised approach
- Reliable fibre internet connection
- Working laptop
- Quiet place to work
- Experience onboarding customers onto a SaaS product (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom or Notion (Nice to have)
- Experience building templates or onboarding checklists (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Run welcome and setup calls with new customers
- Guide customers through account configuration and first use
- Track onboarding progress and chase outstanding steps
- Prepare onboarding documentation and short how-to guides
- Hand completed accounts to the support or success team
- Gather feedback and flag common sticking points
