Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant program and project management experience, preferably managing large, complex enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of industry standard project management practices and methodologies.
  • Experience using various project management and agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Track record of successfully managing projects from inception to closure.
  • Experience establishing and contributing to process improvements.
  • Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse management teams and internal/external partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including integration with executive-level customer personas.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Healthy balance of business and technical background.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel frequently to work alongside customers and visit sites, up to 75% annually.

Responsibilities

  • Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
  • Determine, monitor, and review project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing, and risk.
  • Facilitate development of project control solutions and track progress using project management tools.
  • Manage project forecast projections for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities, including subcontractor monitoring.
  • Establish metrics for measuring key project criteria and manage changes in the operational plan.
  • Lead status review meetings with project teams and clients.
  • Integrate and apply industry PM and technical delivery methodologies like Agile.
  • Train project team members on procedures and motivate them to accomplish goals and resolve technical issues.
