Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant program and project management experience, preferably managing large, complex enterprise IT projects.
- Strong understanding of industry standard project management practices and methodologies.
- Experience using various project management and agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Track record of successfully managing projects from inception to closure.
- Experience establishing and contributing to process improvements.
- Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse management teams and internal/external partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including integration with executive-level customer personas.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Healthy balance of business and technical background.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel frequently to work alongside customers and visit sites, up to 75% annually.
Responsibilities
- Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
- Determine, monitor, and review project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing, and risk.
- Facilitate development of project control solutions and track progress using project management tools.
- Manage project forecast projections for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on project activities, including subcontractor monitoring.
- Establish metrics for measuring key project criteria and manage changes in the operational plan.
- Lead status review meetings with project teams and clients.
- Integrate and apply industry PM and technical delivery methodologies like Agile.
- Train project team members on procedures and motivate them to accomplish goals and resolve technical issues.
