Requirements
- 8+ years designing and implementing RevOps and/or Q2C solutions.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and at least one modern CPQ/Billing platform (Nue.io, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ/Billing, DealHub).
- Strong technical breadth across Salesforce core objects, Flow, Platform Events, and Apex/Lightning best practices.
- Proven product and pricing modeling skills (bundles, options, configuration rules, multi-currency).
- Hands-on integration experience across CLM, billing, ERP, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato).
- Ability to diagnose and fix fragmented Q2C systems and data reconciliation issues.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery, backlog shaping, and technical design documentation.
- Ability to influence and communicate complex solutions to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with subscription lifecycles, amendments, renewals, and ARR/RevRec implications.
- Salesforce Application or System Architect certification (preferred).
- CPQ/Billing vendor certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery on selling motions, pricing strategies, and approval policies.
- Design end-to-end Q2C architectures spanning from Lead to Invoice and Revenue.
- Identify and implement AI-driven leverage within quote generation, approval routing, and contract review workflows.
- Model complex product and pricing scenarios including bundles, tiered pricing, and subscription lifecycles.
- Diagnose broken Q2C systems and own the end-to-end resolution process.
- Author technical design documentation and manage scoping/estimation for workstreams.
- Guide implementation teams on configuration, code review, data migration, and testing standards.
