Requirements
- 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including primary ownership of at least one production org.
- Experience managing Salesforce instances across multiple companies.
- Deep declarative expertise in Flow, validation rules, formula fields, and complex data modeling.
- Ability to read, debug, and reason about Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Advanced Salesforce reporting, data loading, and migration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations involving data warehouses, marketing automation, or billing systems.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Professional English fluency, written and verbal.
- Demonstrated autonomy in setting priorities and driving changes independently.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce instance, including declarative configuration, profiles, sharing rules, and release management.
- Maintain and stabilize existing automation, including Flows, validation rules, and assignment logic.
- Identify friction in business processes and implement solutions to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Design and build data models, product catalogs, and pipeline structures for a multi-product GTM strategy.
- Manage integrations with systems like Snowflake and Gong to ensure Salesforce remains the source of truth.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasting views for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Gather requirements directly from stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Own platform governance, including user management, data hygiene, and end-user training.
