Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience with a proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs across the full lifecycle
  • Strong ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and leadership levels
  • Proven track record managing large scale programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
  • Experience establishing program KPIs, tracking performance against measurable outcomes, and using data to support decision making
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
  • In depth knowledge of program management methodologies, delivery best practices, and project documentation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
  • Ability to understand technical cybersecurity concepts and translate them into clear business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Lead day to day program management activities for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring technical and operational workstreams remain aligned
  • Drive execution across multiple cybersecurity programs and security functions to achieve enterprise-wide security improvement objectives, adoption, and process maturity
  • Develop and maintain program plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive level status reporting
  • Serve as the execution lead responsible for connecting cybersecurity strategy to tactical delivery, defining ownership, and ensuring teams understand technical dependencies, operational changes, and adoption expectations
  • Lead organizational and operational change management activities to support adoption of cybersecurity processes, workflows, governance routines, tools, and reporting models
  • Manage program lifecycle activities from initial scope definition and stakeholder alignment through execution, operational readiness and adoption
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision making forums to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
  • Define program objectives, milestones, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms aligned to operational goals
