Requirements
- 8+ years of program management experience with a proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs across the full lifecycle
- Strong ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and leadership levels
- Proven track record managing large scale programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Experience establishing program KPIs, tracking performance against measurable outcomes, and using data to support decision making
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority
- In depth knowledge of program management methodologies, delivery best practices, and project documentation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
- Ability to understand technical cybersecurity concepts and translate them into clear business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead day to day program management activities for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring technical and operational workstreams remain aligned
- Drive execution across multiple cybersecurity programs and security functions to achieve enterprise-wide security improvement objectives, adoption, and process maturity
- Develop and maintain program plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive level status reporting
- Serve as the execution lead responsible for connecting cybersecurity strategy to tactical delivery, defining ownership, and ensuring teams understand technical dependencies, operational changes, and adoption expectations
- Lead organizational and operational change management activities to support adoption of cybersecurity processes, workflows, governance routines, tools, and reporting models
- Manage program lifecycle activities from initial scope definition and stakeholder alignment through execution, operational readiness and adoption
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and decision making forums to remove blockers and accelerate delivery
- Define program objectives, milestones, success metrics, and reporting mechanisms aligned to operational goals
