  • Strong program and project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify complex commercial topics into clear communication, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Strong business acumen regarding how commercial programs translate into revenue growth and partner engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating structured and executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

  • Translate Microsoft commercial programs into Arrow-ready execution by simplifying requirements, policies, incentives, and commercial motions.
  • Drive operational readiness across sales, operations, platform, enablement, and marketing teams before program launches.
  • Build seller enablement frameworks to help sales teams position and activate programs with partners.
  • Support partner success by providing clear and consistent guidance on program updates and growth opportunities.
  • Act as the internal expert for Microsoft programs, answering questions and guiding teams through policy changes.
  • Liaise with Microsoft stakeholders to understand upcoming priorities, incentive updates, and execution expectations.
  • Connect commercial strategy with field execution via playbooks, communication packs, and training materials.
  • Track adoption and execution, monitoring readiness progress and preparing leadership updates.
