Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-3 years of sales experience.
- Ability to type 30+ wpm.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven).
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 1:00PM-9:30PM CST and one weekend day every 4th week.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish via phone, close sales, and schedule installations.
- Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections.
- Maintain minimum quality expectations.
- Perform timely follow-up on active prospect lists.
- Work with Sales Team management on an ongoing basis to improve performance.
- Understand the entire sales process from lead creation to closing.
