Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.
8+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience analyzing complex datasets and translating analysis into actionable business recommendations.
Advanced SQL development skills including SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Hadoop, BigQuery, SSIS, SSRS, or Power BI.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong data visualization and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Experience mentoring colleagues and serving as a subject-matter expert.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SQL, dashboards, and other BI tools.
Partner with stakeholders to define and execute analytical and reporting requirements.
Develop forecasts, strategic plans, and tactical insights based on data and market knowledge.
Improve, automate, and align data processes with business workflows.
Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and datasets for business decision-making.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and resolving complex data and business challenges.
Mentor team members and establish internal standards and best practices for BI capabilities.
Monitor industry developments to recommend and implement new KPIs and methodologies.
