Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the capital markets domain, preferably in asset management or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of post-trade processing and trade lifecycles for financial instruments.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Proficiency in Unix.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and user testing.
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and solution design skills.
- Experience with production support and issue triage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with margin and collateral processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of XML and XSD creation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage software projects across monthly release cycles with limited supervision.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, field mappings, and test cases.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to present solutions and facilitate alignment.
- Support functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide release weekend and production support, including issue triage.
