Requirements
- 15+ years in construction-adjacent operations with multi-site or multi-product experience.
- Experience as GM, VP Operations, President, or CEO in relevant subsectors.
- Familiarity with channel dynamics or crew-level economics.
- Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, executives, and PE professionals.
- Comfort representing the firm to PE sponsors and target management.
- High level of discretion with non-public information.
- Willingness to work on a flexible per-engagement basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide market intelligence on bolt-on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context.
- Make introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives in your network.
- Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations for sector-specific risk.
- Participate in PE sponsor pitches as a relevant industry advisor.
- Provide operational due diligence input on target companies.
- Advise on positioning and messaging for sponsor outreach and sourcing campaigns.
