Requirements
- CEO, COO, or Division President experience at a PE-backed services roll-up, multi-location services platform, or major regional services operator.
- 15+ years of experience building and operating multi-location services businesses.
- Direct experience integrating bolt-on acquisitions.
- Working knowledge of technician recruiting and retention.
- Proficiency with dispatching and routing systems.
- Understanding of unit economics in multi-location services.
- Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, senior executives, and PE professionals.
- Professional demeanor for representing the firm to PE sponsors and target company management.
- Ability to maintain discretion with non-public information.
- Willingness to work on a flexible per-engagement basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide market intelligence on bolt-on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context.
- Facilitate introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives within your existing network.
- Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations for sector-specific operating fit and risk.
- Participate in private equity sponsor pitches.
- Provide operational due diligence input on target companies.
- Advise the team on positioning and messaging for sponsor outreach and sourcing campaigns.
