- 5+ years of sourcing experience in agency, retained search, or in-house outbound environments.
- Fluent in Boolean search and X-ray search techniques.
- Proven track record of engaging and converting passive candidates.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to find candidates through non-obvious channels.
- Strong written communication skills for effective outreach.
- Comfort and resilience with high-volume, long-cycle sourcing and rejection.
- Adaptability to shift strategies mid-search.
- Full ownership mentality with the ability to manage searches end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound sourcing for roles where the pipeline is thin or inbound is insufficient.
- Hunt down passive candidates using Boolean search, X-ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns.
- Conduct initial conversations to screen candidates before hiring manager handoff.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define search strategy and focus areas.
- Serve as the initial point of contact and representative for the company.
