Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or comparable enterprise analytics platforms
- Advanced proficiency with DAX
- Strong experience with Power Query and data transformation
- Experience designing and maintaining enterprise semantic models
- Experience designing executive, operational, and compliance dashboards
- Experience assessing and rationalizing enterprise dashboard or reporting portfolios
- Experience implementing row-level security and other analytics access-control mechanisms
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, and security principles
- Active Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Design and maintain enterprise semantic models that provide governed, reusable data structures for analytics and reporting
- Develop certified Power BI datasets and reusable analytical components
- Build and optimize executive, operational, compliance, and mission-focused dashboards
- Assess existing dashboard and reporting portfolios to identify opportunities for consolidation, modernization, and migration
- Develop complex DAX measures and use Power Query for data transformation
- Implement row-level security and object-level security aligned with enterprise data governance
- Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical specifications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Data Analysts and Associate Data Analysts
