Responsibilities
- Assist patients with program enrollment, including verifying personal and insurance information.
- Help patients confirm medication coverage and manage the approval process for eligible treatments.
- Apply program benefits to reduce out-of-pocket costs, including managing copayments and coinsurance.
- Coordinate with participating pharmacies to ensure correct application of benefits during prescription fulfillment.
- Monitor patient adherence and eligibility for ongoing prescription support.
- Guide patients through annual program renewals and updates to the medication formulary.
