Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing.
- Strong background in client service and account management within an agency environment.
- Proven track record in developing and leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the role of content in driving brand awareness.
- Experience briefing and collaborating effectively with creative, design, and production teams.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear direction and guide the work of project managers.
- Strong communication skills with experience building rapport at the marketing-leadership level.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and data interpretation for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned key client accounts.
- Develop and champion integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaign plans.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives and insights into actionable marketing approaches.
- Brief and collaborate with internal content, creative, and production teams to ensure on-brand delivery.
- Provide clear direction and oversight for project managers and integrated teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Act as an internal advocate for client needs across agency teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to client workflows and internal processes.
