Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
  • Unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
  • Experience providing evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and families.
  • Proficiency in clinical techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, and EMDR.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care framework.
  • Competence in conducting telehealth sessions via video.
  • Capability to meet with clients during evening and Saturday hours.
  • Full-time residency in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy to children, teens, and their families.
  • Utilize proprietary clinical curriculum and collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model.
  • Coordinate care effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and wellness coaches.
  • Engage family members in the therapeutic process and adapt treatment plans to family dynamics.
  • Maintain high-quality, compliant clinical documentation including assessments and session notes.
  • Conduct telehealth sessions via video while ensuring member confidentiality and security.
