Requirements
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
- Experience providing evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and families.
- Proficiency in clinical techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, and EMDR.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care framework.
- Competence in conducting telehealth sessions via video.
- Capability to meet with clients during evening and Saturday hours.
- Full-time residency in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy to children, teens, and their families.
- Utilize proprietary clinical curriculum and collaborate within a multidisciplinary care model.
- Coordinate care effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and wellness coaches.
- Engage family members in the therapeutic process and adapt treatment plans to family dynamics.
- Maintain high-quality, compliant clinical documentation including assessments and session notes.
- Conduct telehealth sessions via video while ensuring member confidentiality and security.
