Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
- Unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Fluent in Korean.
- Full-time resident of the United States.
- Access to office space with the ability to see clients in Massachusetts.
- Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing clinical risk and responding to crises.
- Commitment to clinical best practices like measurement-based care.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises as needed.
- Utilize Lyra's provider platform for scheduling, paperless billing, and clinical consultation.
- Deliver care using evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
- Engage in measurement-based care and promote skills practice.
