Conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments, mental status exams, and risk assessments for prospective members.
Determine clinical fit for Amae's integrated serious mental illness care model and qualification for PHP or IOP programs.
Provide referrals to a more appropriate level or type of care when a prospective member is not a fit.
Develop diagnostic impressions and preliminary treatment recommendations for the receiving clinic's care team.
Coordinate with Clinic Directors and care teams across California to support patient readiness and warm hand-offs.
Answer questions from prospective members, families, and referring providers about programs, and screen inbound referrals.
Maintain accurate, timely intake documentation and coordinate with utilization review and insurance authorization.
Provide occasional individual or group therapy coverage across California clinics during lower-intake periods.
