5–7 years of project or program management experience.
Experience with technology implementations, digital transformation, system rollouts, or multi-site deployments preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with franchise owners, leadership, and technical teams.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and executive-status reporting skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, and Visio.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with overlapping project waves.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Experience supporting data readiness, training, go-live, or hypercare activities is a plus.

Partner with and support the Program Lead at the franchise level to execute rollout plans from readiness through go-live and post-launch support.
Maintain franchise readiness checklists and rollout plans including actions, dependencies, data validation, and remediation plans.
Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and escalate issues to program leadership.
Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for franchise stakeholders by facilitating meetings and documenting decisions.
Partner with Data and Product teams to ensure source data meets ingestion requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot rollout blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate training activities and go-live logistics for franchise participants.
Manage hypercare activities including support chats, bridges, and end-of-day calls.
