Requirements
- Project management experience, preferably in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead client and executive conversations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom).
- Ability to travel for work, up to 50%.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent project-management certification (preferred).
- Experience with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, specifically Cloud Coach (preferred).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity services delivery, including assessments, managed services, and incident response (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of concurrent cybersecurity engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, communications, and quality.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Coordinate resourcing and scheduling across consultants, managers, engineers, and assessors.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and communication.
- Coordinate kickoff meetings, working sessions, internal syncs, and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Maintain and audit project records in Cloud Coach and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Ensure accurate time tracking for billing, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Produce project and portfolio progress reports for leadership and clients.
