Requirements
- Proven experience in infrastructure, SRE, or Platform Engineering within high-demand production environments.
- Deep expertise in a CSP including management of Kubernetes, Object Storage, Database, Message Bus, and KMS.
- Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) for configuration management.
- Experience with container orchestration and building resilient automated deployment pipelines (FluxCD).
- Proficiency in monitoring and metrics tools including Victoria Metrics, Grafana, and the EFK stack.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges in cloud-native environments.
- Experience working in distributed team settings with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (nice-to-have).
- Experience in a scale-up or highly regulated environment (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Evolve the Internal Developer Platform to enable secure, high-level self-service application deployment.
- Lead architectural design for multi-cloud infrastructure with a focus on GCP migration.
- Maintain and scale the platform supporting over 50 internal clients, ensuring real-world adoption.
- Participate in bi-weekly build/run rotations to handle production incidents, monitoring alerts, and complex investigation requests.
- Enable development team autonomy by resolving underlying issues rather than acting as a helpdesk.
- Validate platform improvements through real-world usage tracking and feedback.
