Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with GCP and AWS cloud environments.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (GKE/EKS).
- Extensive experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
- Coding proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or other relevant languages.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and tools such as Argo CD or Atlantis.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams through code reviews and mentorship.
- Architect and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters on GKE and EKS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Argo CD or Atlantis.
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform performance and scalability issues.
- Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
- Translate developer requirements into platform features and product roadmaps.
- Design and deploy internal tools and APIs to improve developer productivity.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and GDPR.
