- Proficiency with email, calendars, and communication platforms.
- Experience using CRM or ATS systems and administrative tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate endorsements and prepare candidate briefs.
- Schedule and monitor interviews while obtaining feedback.
- Conduct client and candidate follow-ups via email, messaging, and Dialpad.
- Proactively repurpose qualified candidates for other suitable active opportunities.
- Manage onboarding requirements and handle concerns or escalations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of ongoing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
