Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in development studies, economics, business, statistics, plant science, forestry, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs applications.
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong working proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically to producing regions and occasionally internationally.
- Familiarity with smallholder agriculture and rural field research in Indonesia is an advantage.
- Experience with quantitative data collection software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor data quality daily and communicate issues to Field Coordinators.
- Manage and supervise Quality Control Officers (QCOs) in Indonesia.
- Review daily QC reports, close-out materials, and oversee retraining.
- Support the delivery of survey collection processes and coordinate list-based verification.
- Design and test data quality tools and smartphone-based survey questionnaires.
- Analyze and share regular data collection progress reports with country teams.
- Contribute to stakeholder presentations and support partnership management in Indonesia.
- Train field teams on new survey tools and data quality protocols.
