Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics, or a relevant Agile/Scrum certification.
- Hands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team (Scrum and Kanban).
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, sprints, releases, and Release Trains.
- Ability to interpret delivery data, spot patterns, and measure the effectiveness of process changes.
- Confident communication skills suitable for Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset with proactive follow-through.
- Practical experience and comfort using AI tools in a professional workflow.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers, and dependencies.
- Maintain Jira and Confluence boards while generating reports on progress, risks, and release readiness.
- Analyze delivery data to identify flow bottlenecks and validate process improvements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams regarding status and risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitor technical blockers like CI/CD failures and escalate them early.
- Leverage AI tools daily to automate reporting and uncover delivery patterns.
