Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with emphasis on accounting and finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or similar finance role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with database software like Access.
- Technical awareness of treasury management systems and business software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work proactively.
- Experience with AI tools for forecasting and productivity is a plus.
- CPA or Certified Management Accountant credential preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cash positioning to support global liquidity management.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash-in-transit for KPI reporting.
- Liaise with banks for statements, reports, and updates on cash positions.
- Coordinate daily, thirteen-week, and twenty-six-week cash forecasting.
- Provide reconciliation reports to support month-end close processes.
- Review budget proposals for technical accuracy and prepare variance reports.
- Oversee administrative compliance for financial activities and investigate unusual transactions.
