Job Details

Strong professional experience building and operating backend services in production, particularly within distributed architectures.
Hands-on experience with Elixir or Erlang, or strong backend expertise with willingness to learn Elixir.
Experience building or operating real-time, low-latency, or connection-oriented systems.
Solid understanding of backend fundamentals: authentication, service communication, session lifecycles, and fault tolerance.
Demonstrated ownership across design, development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong observability mindset with experience in logging, metrics, alerting, and root-cause analysis.
Proficiency in networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across software and infrastructure.
Experience with WebRTC, VoIP, or WebSockets is highly valued.
Familiarity with push notification infrastructure (APNs, FCM) and DNS is advantageous.

Design, develop, maintain, and operate backend services supporting WebRTC and Voice SDK products.
Manage services covering authentication, token management, proxying, push notifications, RTC DNS, and diagnostic logging.
Improve the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of customer-facing distributed services.
Enhance connection establishment, routing, session behavior, and performance for real-time communication workloads.
Build observability through logs, metrics, dashboards, and operational tooling.
Diagnose and resolve production issues across application services, networking, and infrastructure.
Strengthen deployment processes, rollout safety, and production readiness.
Collaborate with mobile, JavaScript, and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability.
