Requirements
- 10+ years of professional Oracle experience, with proven expertise designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Project Portfolio Management and Projects, including cost allocation, collection, revenue recognition, and P&L calculations.
- Strong understanding of Fund or Grant Accounting concepts, particularly within public-sector environments.
- Full lifecycle participation in at least three Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
- Experience serving in a lead role on at least two Oracle Cloud Grants implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of core Oracle Financials and the ability to integrate Projects and Grants processes with financial functions.
- Experience gathering business requirements, leading fit-gap assessments and CRPs, performing functional configuration, and delivering client training.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for key project milestones and client engagements.
- U.S. Public Sector, K-12, and Higher Education experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Grants Release 19 or later is preferred.
- Extensive Project Manufacturing experience is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the functional design and end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions spanning Projects, Project Portfolio Management, Grants, and related Financials modules.
- Define and communicate overall solution architecture, data models, integrations, and functional approaches.
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from planning through post-implementation support.
- Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and manage conference room pilots.
- Design and oversee complex integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party applications.
- Mentor developers and functional consultants while fostering a collaborative delivery environment.
- Lead multiple assignments effectively while coordinating with offshore functional and technical resources.
