- Excellent requirements-writing skills for precise documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working in compliance-driven or regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and product judgment skills.
- Experience with domain industries, hosting, or registry platforms is a plus.
- Background in B2B2C or reseller business models is desirable.
- Familiarity with payments, fraud prevention, or identity verification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own domain registration, renewal, transfer, and expiry experiences across retail and wholesale platforms.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and deliver solutions within fixed external deadlines.
- Manage daily domain operations, including pricing updates, TLD launches, and coordination with registry partners.
- Improve platforms and APIs for B2B2C and programmatic reseller integrations.
- Conduct voice-of-customer discovery to prioritize the product roadmap based on support trends and churn signals.
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategies for domain offerings.
- Use AI coding agents to build prototypes and validate concepts before engineering implementation.
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
