Strong commercial and growth competency, including driving user adoption and transaction revenue.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills using structured, data-driven frameworks.
High agency and ownership mindset to operate autonomously under ambiguity.
Ability to manage product strategy and hands-on GTM execution simultaneously.
Clear communication and active listening skills in a multicultural, English-speaking environment.
Attention to detail for managing complex workstreams and multiple stakeholders.
Ability to pass regulatory background screenings including education, criminal, political, and credit history.

Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling for the Sleek Business Account and In-House Payroll Solution.
Drive product strategy and execute go-to-market activities without dedicated marketing support.
Accelerate customer adoption and scale active user volume for payroll services.
Manage Assets Under Management (AUM) and optimize monetization through foreign exchange and transaction revenues.
Partner with engineering squads to deliver product commitments on time and within scope.
Work backward from aggressive growth targets using structured, data-driven frameworks.
Manage legacy data migrations while ensuring product stability.
