Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related enterprise software disciplines.
- Proven experience working with complex B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, process modeling, user story development, and acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated experience in product roadmap management, prioritization, and governance.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience with product modernization and migrating from legacy/on-premise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to drive ambiguous initiatives from problem definition to measurable outcomes.
- Practical understanding of AI and LLMs in enterprise workflows.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams and during US working hours.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable product initiatives and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze complex business workflows and functional requirements into actionable user stories and documentation.
- Establish product governance through discovery, development, UAT, and release.
- Partner with AI specialists to evaluate and prototype automation opportunities.
- Support modernization of legacy products to cloud and web platforms.
- Communicate roadmap health, KPIs, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
