Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or IT Business Analyst in Liquidity, Financial Markets, Payments, Cash Management, or Banking.
- Strong understanding of Intraday Liquidity Management and cash-flow processes.
- Knowledge of global liquidity regulatory mandates.
- Experience in data sourcing, data mapping, data lineage, and integration across data frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale system upgrades, transformations, and technology migrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities handling large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and PL-SQL.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
- Experience in data analysis and data reconciliation.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience supporting testing, data migration, and production releases.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to scope and document requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Work with Technology, Vendors, and Change teams to understand system architecture and liquidity processes.
- Perform data analysis on large datasets to identify impacts, data gaps, and change requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
- Present solution designs and system architectures to technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Define cost-effective technology solutions compliant with banking regulations.
- Support the full project lifecycle, including testing strategy, data migration, release planning, and support.
