Requirements
- Strong experience as an IT or Technical Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for writing queries and performing data analysis and validation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and business problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
- Knowledge of debit/credit transactions and payments.
- Understanding of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and UAT.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Postman.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with technology teams and developers.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation using SQL.
- Leverage AI tools to improve requirement analysis, documentation, and process productivity.
- Support UAT, functional testing, defect analysis, and production issue investigation.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend technical improvements.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
