Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in customer operations, service delivery, project management, or a comparable operational discipline in a multi-site environment.
- Direct experience managing teams responsible for service dispatching, inventory, shipping, receiving, purchasing, and order management.
- Proven track record of driving change management, process improvement, operational standardization, and team development.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret operational data and manage KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with equivalent professional experience considered.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, reports, and regional operations.
- Experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with operational systems and reporting tools; experience with Ormandy and Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to work in various environments including construction sites and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work extended periods sitting, standing, or walking as required by operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring timely, accurate, efficient service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, establishing clear expectations and supporting professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams like Sales, Service, and Finance to resolve escalations and improve workflows.
- Plan and manage resource allocation, including labor, budgets, inventory, and order management.
- Collaborate with other regional operations leaders to maintain alignment and support company-wide initiatives.
- Oversee customer-facing operational functions such as service dispatching, shipping, receiving, and purchasing.
- Lead change management initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on operational consistency.
- Support regional teams through regular travel and in-person engagement as needed.
