Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in people operations, ideally in a high-growth software environment under 500 people.
- Direct, hands-on experience running people operations for a multi-country workforce, with specific requirements for US and UK expertise.
- Demonstrable experience in benefits administration, including operating a PEO or HRIS as the system of record (Justworks experience is highly preferred).
- Fluency with spreadsheets and HR data management.
- Working proficiency with AI tools for day-to-day operational tasks and process automation.
- Exceptional follow-through and ownership of operational projects.
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage highly confidential information.
- Clear, direct written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of international employment mechanics and statutory compliance.
- Nice to have: Experience with total rewards, HRIS migrations, or tools like Deel, Culture Amp, Carta, or Ashby.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll/benefits administration.
- Manage international employment compliance, statutory filings, and EOR partner relationships.
- Maintain high data integrity within HRIS and lead the consolidation onto a single global system of record.
- Administer benefits for US and international employees, including open enrollment and leave management.
- Design and implement automated operational workflows using AI and other tools to replace manual processes.
- Maintain the leveling and compensation architecture to ensure data accuracy for leadership planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, pay, and benefits.
