Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on experience directly managing or leading business operations.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, or in a comparable hands-on operations role with meaningful ownership of day-to-day operations.
- Experience managing complex operational workflows, programs, or projects across multiple teams.
- Experience coordinating people, processes, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience improving processes, resolving operational issues, and driving work through completion.
- Experience being accountable for outcomes rather than only coordinating assigned tasks.
- Customer-facing operational or program experience is valuable.
- Clear, concise professional communication.
- Interest in a stable, long-term, hands-on operations role.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer-related programs and operational workflows from onboarding through ongoing support and retention.
- Coordinate cross-functional work involving Sales, Accounting, Software, integrations, licensing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Keep priorities, dependencies, blockers, owners, and next steps clear across multiple initiatives.
- Take operational issues from initial identification through resolution, ensuring nothing gets lost between teams.
- Build, document, and improve processes that make customer and internal operations more effective.
- Identify gaps and recurring problems and coordinate the appropriate people to address them.
- Use customer feedback and operational information to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, outstanding items, and results.
