Requirements
- 4+ years of professional product/UX design experience.
- 2+ years of specific experience building or maintaining a design system/component library.
- Strong interaction design foundation with experience shipping responsive, web-based pages in production.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (component libraries, Auto Layout, variants, responsive web design).
- Hands-on experience working within CMS environments and understanding technical content constraints.
- Experience with Claude and Claude Code; exposure to other AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Figma AI).
- Working knowledge of WCAG and ADA accessibility guidelines.
- Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in English for interviews, documentation, and daily communication.
- Ability to overlap with North American business hours (CT/EST).
Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on design work against the capability backlog, prioritizing Chatbot/conversational experiences.
- Build and extend scalable components for a modular design system in Figma using Auto Layout and component libraries.
- Design, refine, and ship responsive web experiences for career landing pages, job boards, and campaign pages.
- Manage multi-brand/subsidiary theming, SEO-aware layouts, and mobile-first responsive parity.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor to accelerate design and component generation.
- Ensure all design components and pages strictly comply with WCAG and ADA accessibility standards.
