Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in agency, staffing, or offshore recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Executive Assistant, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, and Technical roles.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and various sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate communication, skills, and culture fit.
- Manage multiple concurrent open roles and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Partner with Account Managers to align on hiring priorities and adjust strategies based on feedback.
- Deliver qualified candidate packages including resumes, interview notes, and video recordings.
