Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across a mix of technical, product, and/or creative roles
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with hiring managers to influence role scoping and candidate calibration
- Proven success in closing candidates in competitive markets and managing complex negotiations
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities for high-quality, cross-functional pipelines
- Experience using data and market insights to inform hiring strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand org design needs, influence headcount planning, and advise on the best hiring strategies
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and close
- Build candidate pools for hard-to-fill, key roles, searching across locations and engaging passive candidates
- Provide insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive dynamics to inform hiring decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes using data to optimize performance and key metrics
- Ensure a high-quality, values-aligned candidate experience
