Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the banking sector.
- Fluent command of English and Polish.
- Proven track record in sourcing for IT roles such as IT Developer, IT Business Analyst, and IT Team Leader.
- Ability to independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Resilience and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing a volume of 10-15 positions.
- Experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment campaigns for mid- and senior-level IT roles within the banking sector.
- Engage daily with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple locations to understand recruitment needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions and collaborate with external vendors for contractor sourcing.
- Execute direct search strategies to actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Perform administrative tasks including sending offers and coordinating HR processes.
- Provide regular updates, recruitment summaries, and strategic insights to hiring managers.
