- Experience recruiting for US-based companies for business, marketing, and e-commerce roles.
- Experience with a staffing agency is preferred.
- Experience managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offering.
- Proficient in Boolean Search and outreach techniques.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Headhunt for positions across multiple industries with a focus on the LATAM region.
- Develop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and communication.
- Partner with clients to understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for candidate matching.
- Manage the full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow, and other platforms to identify technical leadership talent.
