Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for an EdTech or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps roles.
- Strong understanding of the GTM function and success metrics.
- Expert-level project management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Experience with global hiring in Latin America and the Philippines preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders to understand revenue goals, align on headcount roadmaps, and execute hiring plans.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM requisitions, from kickoff to offer negotiations and closing.
- Source and engage passive revenue talent across the EdTech landscape.
- Collaborate with hiring managers using market trends, compensation benchmarks, and pipeline analytics.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate journey that highlights the company mission and culture.
