Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, customer service, healthcare, insurance, or sales support.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate product value through consultative conversations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and active listening skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to explain insurance and financial information clearly.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the pre-trial journey.
- Guide customers through a consultative sales process to recommend appropriate Lingraphica solutions.
- Educate customers, caregivers, and clinicians on AAC benefits and trial processes.
- Review and communicate insurance benefits, eligibility, and financial responsibilities with accuracy and empathy.
- Maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Monitor customer trends and engagement metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
