Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer support, project/account coordination, or SaaS customer success.
- Strong ability to own outcomes end-to-end and follow through independently.
- Proactive communication style with the ability to provide updates before being asked.
- Exceptional writing skills with an engaging tone and solid grammar.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRMs and content management systems.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Previous experience working remotely or with distributed teams is preferred.
- Experience in real estate, lead generation, or digital marketing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding experience for new clients from signed agreement through website launch.
- Drive client progress through proactive communication via email, phone, and Zoom.
- Guide clients through key deliverables including intake, IDX approvals, and billing setup.
- Monitor onboarding tasks and proactively manage risks or project blockers.
- Manage account reactivations, package changes, and template conversions for existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build confidence and trust throughout the client journey.
- Collaborate with Education, Support, and Operations teams to ensure frictionless handoffs.
- Identify at-risk clients and coordinate turnaround strategies.
- Collect and share client feedback to refine and improve onboarding processes.
