Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of professional services, technical deployment, or UAS program management experience.
- Proven track record in leading complex technical deployments and customer-facing projects.
- FAA Part 107 certification (advanced certifications strongly preferred).
- Advanced expertise in UAS platforms (DJI, Skydio, SkyHero, Fotokite).
- Experience with detection systems (Dedrone) and drone management software (DroneSense).
- Strong project management and consultative skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for in-person technical instruction.
- Ability to work independently and mentor team members.
- Willingness to travel weekly across North America.
- Comfortable working in elevated positions, climbing, and lifting objects.
- Familiarity with law enforcement, security, or military operations (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Engage with agency leadership to design and enhance UAS programs during pre- and post-sale phases.
- Contribute to pre-sale efforts by conducting needs assessments, technical demonstrations, and deployment planning.
- Lead complex program implementations, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 107 and seamless vendor integration.
- Serve as a primary technical contact for drone operations, system configurations, and SaaS integrations.
- Develop and deliver advanced drone-related training programs to ensure customer adoption.
- Mentor internal PSMs and cross-functional partners on best practices and workflows.
- Manage project milestones, scope, and risk using tools like Smartsheets.
- Capture customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and operational improvements.
