Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing and healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- Current Epic Resolute PB certification.
- Strong understanding of professional billing workflows including charge capture, claims, denials, payment posting, and accounts receivable.
- Experience troubleshooting charge issues and identifying root causes.
- Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- Ability to analyze operational and system data to identify trends and corrective action plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a consulting environment navigating changing client priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assess revenue cycle workflows, system configuration, workqueues, and interfaces to identify impacts on charge capture and billing.
- Manage multiple issues and workstreams, including prioritization, ownership, escalation, and risk tracking.
- Troubleshoot professional billing charge issues to identify root causes and coordinate timely resolution.
- Support post-go-live stabilization efforts to help organizations restore operational and financial performance.
- Report progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders, including CFO and Revenue Cycle leadership.
- Develop executive-level status reports, dashboards, and remediation plans.
- Collaborate across finance, revenue cycle, IT, and Epic application teams to drive shared outcomes.
