- Collaborate with People Partners and cross-functional stakeholders on compensation challenges.
- Analyze people and pay-related information.
- Translate data findings into clear, practical recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to develop creative solutions for testing and implementation.
