- Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Experience writing functional and technical requirements for web development projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reports for web development engagements.
- Define project scope and requirements by creating user flows and detailed tickets.
- Partner with Strategy, Design, Development, and Content teams to integrate technical and creative solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and enhance project management processes.
- Assist with business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposals.
