Requirements
- BA degree required; advanced degree in information systems, data analytics, public health, or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience with electronic health record systems.
- Experience developing dashboards and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior EHR system administrator for advanced configuration, optimization, and reporting functionality.
- Oversee complex EHR build components including form logic, embedded documentation workflows, and structured data capture.
- Ensure data integrity, data governance standards, and system-wide consistency in EHR and reporting practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain intricate multi-page dashboards to support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational monitoring.
- Build automated reporting solutions using EHR data and other agency data sources.
- Translate clinical, operational, and financial requirements into actionable data visualizations and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, reporting standards, and dashboard governance processes.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Partner with leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome metrics.
